Timothy has led culture transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, culture merger projects, trained & coached leaders from large organizations such as Suncor, Darigold, Doctors of BC, the Army, and the Marine Corps.
Timothy previously worked Procter & Gamble, Intel, and Great Place to Work Inc., and taught leadership at multiple universities. His book "Leading with Culture" shares his research findings on the new hierarchy of needs at work.
