Timothy is the founder of Maslow Research Center, co-founder of Strategy.Inc. Strategy.Inc is a strategy academy pioneering a human-centered approach to strategy and building a network of global strategy consultants. Maslow Research Center is a boutique consulting, training, and coaching firm specializing in culture & leadership transformation. Equity Leadership Institute offers Inclusive Leadership training programs, developing inclusive communication, decision-making, and coaching skills.
Timothy has led transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, culture merger projects, trained & coached leaders from large organizations such as Suncor, Darigold, Doctors of BC, the Army, and the Marine Corps.
Timothy previously worked Procter & Gamble, Intel, and Great Place to Work Inc., and taught leadership at multiple universities. Timothy is an ICF PCC accredited coach, holds seven professional coaching certifications in different disciplines and has a PhD in Leadership Education.
